Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Pay Range: $1150 - $1450 weekly

Responsibilities 

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and account details.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of company products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
