Job Description

This is a remote position.

Paradigm is searching for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. You’ll work closely with our client's design team to bring concepts to life, ensuring all designs align with the client's brand and resonate with their target audience.

Type: 12 Month Contract

Location: Fully Remote

As a Graphic Designer you will:

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging visual assets for digital and print platforms, including website, email campaigns, sales materials, advertisements, and LinkedIn.
• Assist in the development of brand visuals and maintain consistency across all designs.
  
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members or clients.
  
• Prepare files for production and ensure they meet technical requirements.
  
• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes: 

• 3+ years of graphic design experience.
  
• Proven experience or portfolio showcasing graphic design work (agency, B2B, internships, freelance projects, or personal work will be considered).
  
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
  
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  
• Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or web design tools like Figma or Canva is a plus.
  
• Preference for candidates with professional B2B experience and specific skills in high-resolution vector-based graphics and animations.
  
• Must have a portfolio of work to be considered for submission.
