What does a successful Industry Retail Marketing Manager do at Fiserv? 

As the Industry Retail Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge in crafting and implementing innovative strategies that not only boost revenue but also elevate the customer experience across both large and small merchants. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with a talented team of professionals, joining forces with cross-functional departments to design and deliver customized solutions that cater to the distinct needs of our Retail clients. Together, you’ll pave the way for success, creating impactful initiatives that resonate with merchants and their customers alike.

What you will do:

• Lead product marketing efforts, including product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the targeted industries.
• Lead the execution of targeted marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the retail industry.
• Develop industry-specific content, engagement programs, and events to showcase our expertise and innovative solutions.
• Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) for industry marketing, analyzing data to optimize strategies and report on outcomes to leadership.
• Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders on industry marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI on marketing investments.

What you will need to have:

• 7+ years of marketing experience in business-to-business (B2B) environments.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing methods.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in FinTech or related industries.

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary
