Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus robust benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Facilitate therapy sessions that inspire trust, growth, and healing for individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s story and needs.
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans as clients progress.
• Keep detailed and organized records to support therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Provide guidance and support during client crises with professionalism and care.

Requirements

Qualifications We Value:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and valid LMFT license.
