Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in general maintenance and be proficient in drywall, painting, electric, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including drywall repair, painting, light electrical work, and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct inspections of buildings and systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Assist with other maintenance-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
