Maintenance Technician for apartments in Sioux Falls, SD.
Summary:
Applicant must be able to achieve upkeep and repair of residential apartments under the direction of the Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair of building structures and grounds
HVAC maintenance
Repair vacants for renting
Completion of resident request
Replace appliances
Simple plumbing, electrical & carpentry repairs
Preventive maintenance
Requirements:
Valid Drivers license
Own tools and be able to use them
Diagnose problems
Be able to lift up to 50 Pounds
Rotating on call for emergencies
Cell phone
High School diploma or equivalent
