Part-Time Marketing Internship

Pay: $15/hr
The part-time Marketing Intern will assist the Marketing Team with a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the editorial and marketing efforts of the firm. The part-time Marketing Intern will contribute to a range of projects, including content coordination, podcast production, conference logistics support, and website maintenance. Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Thursday is a must to be in the office all day. This position will be under the Brand Marketing Manager. This is a paid, part-time internship position that requires onsite work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support editorial meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking key action items.
Assist with proofreading articles, newsletters, and other content pieces.
Maintain editorial calendar and deadlines to ensure timely content delivery and flag potential delays.
Provide pre and post-podcast production support, including guest coordination, room setup, transcription review, and video editing.
Update and edit website content to ensure accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand alignment.
Coordinate conference logistics, including travel arrangements, booth setup, and event schedules.
Assist in designing and editing conference presentations, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, managing emails, tracking metrics, and organizing digital assets.
Additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Ability to translate complex research into common language.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize their workload.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
Law firm experience is not necessary.

Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment. This position is a paid, part-time and on-site role. Thursday is a must to be in office all day. Physical Demands: This is a largely a sedentary role; however, some lifting may be required up to 20 pounds.
Expected Hours of Work: 20 to 15 hours a week Mon-Thu.
