Part-Time Event Planner

Location: Primarily Remote | Some In-Person Event Coverage

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Event Planner to join our team! This role involves assisting with event planning, coordination, and execution , ensuring seamless experiences for our clients. The position is primarily remote , but some in-person attendance is required on event days. If you love bringing events to life and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating weddings and events, ensuring every detail is covered.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and venues to finalize logistics.
• Create and manage event timelines, checklists, and floor plans.
• Oversee setup and breakdown at events (occasional weekend availability required).
• Ensure smooth execution of the event day, managing vendors and troubleshooting issues.
• Support social media efforts by capturing behind-the-scenes content when on-site.

Qualifications:

• Experience in event planning, wedding coordination, or hospitality (preferred but not required).
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Availability to work remotely with occasional in-person event attendance.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with event design, décor, and styling.
• Experience using event planning software or tools.
• Social media or content creation experience.
